As a major industrial player in the region, the Miskolc power tool plant takes responsibility for the professional orientation of children and the development of future competences. It participates in dual education, so students of vocational training schools from Miskolc also learn at the Bosch power tool plant in jointly run workshops. The company also welcomes young people to its apprenticeship programme.
