Eger/Maklár – A new technical plant manager, Michael Zink will assume operational functions of Robert Bosch Automotive Steering Kft. in Maklár and Eger from July, including the management of production and development activities. Prior to his 2-year assignment in Malaysia, Michael Zink spent 3 years in India, where he was also in charge of production-related tasks. The new technical manager of the plants in Maklár and Eger views his new tasks positively, however, he is also aware of the difficulties. “Working as the supplier of automotive safety products is always a real challenge. Compared to my previous assignments, the location in Maklár is more complex and will also be continuously expanding.” Michael Zink added: “I am pleased to be able to work with an experienced and motivated team.”

Since 2014 Robert Bosch Automotive Steering Kft. has been producing traditional, hydraulic steering gears in Eger, and electric steering gears in Maklár.
