Tim Krause will take over the position of general manager of Robert Bosch Power Tool Elektromos Szerszámgyártó Kft. in Miskolc from November, 2025. The German executive replaces László Fükő as plant manager, who will continue his professional career outside the organization after 25 years at Bosch.
Tim Krause joined the Bosch Group in 2004. He performed development, production, and management tasks in the Mobility business sector mainly at the company’s German locations, including Feuerbach, Homburg, and Bühl. The expert returns to Miskolc as a familiar face, having held leadership positions at Bosch's automotive plant in Miskolc, at Robert Bosch Energy & Body Systems Kft. between 2016 and 2022.
The focus of his professional career has been on optimizing production processes, increasing efficiency, ensuring quality, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. "As a leader, my main task is to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of power tools. Furthermore, I consider it my mission to develop our processes and to create a work environment where everyone can perform at their best," said Tim Krause following his appointment.
