Automatic communication among devices and systems gives rise to the internet of things and services, or web 3.0 for short. This calls for more software expertise, and will result in new services. Even now, Bosch employs some 10,000 software developers. Bosch wants to increasingly open up areas of business on the internet of things andservices.
